The phrase covers counterfeit and replica copies of the IWC Portugieser Automatic, reference IW5007 and later versions. The nickname comes from the movement. IWC builds the watch around the 51011 calibre family, now the 52010, with two mainspring barrels in series. A full wind runs 168 hours, or seven days.
